Q: How quickly can you dispatch the item I’ve just bought online?

A: We carry on average 5-15 copies of each item in stock. Unless your order exceeds our standard stock, we are able to dispatch your order the next working day.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: If you would like to return an item because of a problem with the goods, you must notify Easivent or SCS Group of the problem at the time of its discovery. You’ll then need to follow these three easy steps:

  • Step 1: Complete the Goods Return Form (GRF). This will need to be done within 30 days of the product delivery date (or within the goods warranty period). Before you send the goods back, you should also email a completed GRF to enquiries@easivent.co.uk.
  •  Step 2: Wait for Easivent to process the GRF. We will provide you with a Goods Return Number (GRN) and delivery address label.
  •  Step 3: Safely pack the item(s) for return and label the outer packaging with the GRN. You should ensure that all items are in saleable condition with their original packaging (otherwise you may be charged a handling fee).

 Q: What items can I return?

A: You can return goods under two circumstances:

  • The goods are no longer needed

 In this case, we will issue a credit pending an internal inspection. We will let you know what the credit value is before we issue a credit or agree to complete any sales return.

  • The goods are under warranty

 As warranties are held with the manufacturer, we will forward any returned goods to the manufacturer who will then write up a report. We will then discuss the outcome of this report with you before any repairs are made, any credit given or the goods are returned to you.

Q: What happens if goods are not covered by the warranty?

A: If goods are not covered by warranty, you will be charged for the manufacturers report and any possible repairs. We won’t be able to return your goods to you until you have paid these fees.

Q: Do you accept returns of special orders?

A: No. Unfortunately, if an item or material was specially orders, SCS will reject the return. We don’t allow the cancellation or return of these items under any circumstances.
